Lindsay Lohan may have been disappointed when Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled the actress in violation of her DUI probation yesterday afternoon in court, but was all smiles today as new reports reveal that a bondsman put up $75,000 to spring the 24-year-old out of custody this morning.
According to TMZ, Lindsay was at Lynwood Correctional Facility for only about 5 hours before her bail was posted and the Freaky Friday star was released.
On Friday, Lindsay was found to have violated her probation by a LA judge in conjunction with her court case over an allegedly stolen necklace.
Judge Sautner reduced Lindsay’s theft charge down to a misdemeanor, but the starlet is still scheduled to stand trial in the coming months, where her ultimate sentence will be determined.
