Wiz Khalifa is headed to Des Moines at the Val-Air Ballroom June 15th of this summer. He is bringing Big Sean as well as Chevy Woods—another member of Taylor Gang. I am very excited about this sick concert.
Tickets went on sale April 20th at noon. As soon as school got out at 12:30, I jetted to Hy-Vee Ticketmaster office to cop a Wiz Khalifa concert ticket. I thought the line would be huge due to the fact that I heard they were already sold out at Val-Air. I sprinted into Hy-Vee and I saw some of my fellow Clan ALHS members in line. Joe Bell was also there.
I waited in line for a few minutes and it finally came time to purchase my Khalifa/Big Sean/Chevy Woods ticket. It was a well spent $43.
I, later, came to relize that I obtained one of the last tickets before they sold out. Joe Bell was one of the firsts there and he had a credit card problem so he had to leave real quick. When he returned, after I got my ticket, they were sold out. I won’t lie, I was, and still am feeling pretty bad. So if you have an extra ticket, have a heart and let my man Joe Bell cop one.
Now that I have a Khalifa ticket in my possesion, Wiz’s
music is on repeat. I’m getting ready to rap along to all of his music for the concert. I am also pumped to see Big Sean because his raps are pretty nasty. He goes hard.
This concert has the making to be one of the sickest concerts. I hope the fact that it’s at Val-Air won’t change how good it will be. I’ve heard it will be jam packed but I’m not going let that phase me. I also will bring my oxygen mask to protect myself from Wiz Khalifa’s notorious smoking reputation. In conclusion, this concert is gonna be awesome!!!
